  • We provide electrical services for kitchen and bathroom remodels, additions, garages, ADUs, whole-home renovations, commercial remodels, and other renovation projects.

  • For the most accurate estimate, we recommend providing a complete set of construction plans, electrical drawings when available, project specifications, and any known selections for lighting, appliances, equipment, or specialty electrical systems. For remodels, we may also recommend a site visit to evaluate the existing electrical system and project conditions.

  • Ideally, electrical planning should begin before construction starts. Early involvement allows us to review plans, determine service and circuit requirements, coordinate with other trades, and identify electrical needs before walls are closed or finishes are installed.

  • Yes! Larger remodels often increase the electrical demands of a property. We can evaluate the existing system and determine whether a panel or electrical service upgrade should be incorporated into the project.

  • Absolutely. Construction and remodeling are excellent opportunities to plan ahead for EV chargers, generators, hot tubs and saunas, additional lighting, future buildings, equipment, and other electrical needs while wiring pathways are readily accessible.

  • Yes. When included in our scope, we coordinate the required electrical permits and inspections associated with our work.

  • Yes. We work with homeowners, builders, general contractors, and other trades to coordinate the electrical portion of new construction and remodeling projects.

  • Yes. When certain fixtures, equipment, or design details have not yet been selected, we can often prepare an estimate using clearly defined assumptions or allowances. Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual selections or project requirements differ from those used for the original estimate.
